Modern day living has many everyday influences that have an impact on and affect the body’s natural aging processes. The science behind this process is called Epigenetics.
Epigenetics is everywhere. What you eat, where you live, who you interact with, when you sleep, how you exercise and even aging. These conditions can eventually cause chemical modifications around the genes that will turn those genes on or off over time. Even our emotions and state of mind produces brain chemistry that can have an epigenetic effect on gene expression and ultimately our health.
What this means is we are not necessarily victims of our inherited genes. This can be described as our pre-disposition. When we add the variables associated with daily living this shows epigenetics at work and can be described as our disposition. The combination of the three determines our state of Wellness today and in the future.
The development of modern technologies has opened a door for the research in modern biological field (biological information field) and quantum epigenetics. Scientists can now detect information in the biological field using technological means. We call this Epigenetic Mapping which allows us to better understand the effects of the environment on our Wellness and take action to improve it.
