I first purchased the trail sleep package, this is a great introduction offer to see if it works for you and it did for me. I was amazed. I'm 67 and never have required much sleep, I'm just not tired so I stay up late 1-2am so I will be tired and can sleep. I gave the patch a true test, went to bed at 10:30pm( unheard of) and got up at 7am. I never have had so much sleep and felt good, very rested. I then used it again and again same results. I just ordered two 30 day packs, all I can say is I do not have pain issues, I'm just not sleepy, the patch works very well when I need to go to bed early11-12pm to get up early to go fishing at 5am. I could not be happier.

I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease during the plandemic involving a severe blistering skin disorder and the prescribed sleep aid was ineffective. I started using the sleep disc and started sleeping better the first week. On average, I now get up to 8 hours sleep. Initially, I had to use either a sock or bandaid to keep the disc on my foot as it would come off during the night, so that issue was solved. The disc behind the ear stays on without problems. I would highly recommend this product.
