ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

To address this issue, please contact our Customer Service Manager for assistance in resolving the situation by emailing beth@bodyalign.com and we will take care of it immediately.

My product shows delivered, but I didn't receive it- what are my next steps?

Please contact your local post office or postal delivery person to ask where they left the product package or if they are holding it. Place a claim with them for the package.

Also, please check your email for the tracking link. The email may be in your Spam or Junk folders. You may also visit the page for our shipper with your tracking code.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

To provide you with accurate information regarding refunds, please email our customer service representative who will be able to assist you further at beth@bodyalign.com.

How can I purchase a Body Align gift voucher?

Gift vouchers are now available in our shop! You can purchase them in $25, $50, $100, and $200 denominations.

Are your products safe for anyone to use?

We do not recommend any of our wearable patch products for anyone under 16, pregnant or nursing women since we have done no studies on them. You can use the EMF Cell Protect Discs and the EMF Protect Strips for anyone!

Are there any drugs used in your products?

No drugs of any kind are used in any of our products. They are all created by embedding naturally occuring, positive frequencies into holographic materials.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your Return Policy?

The following terms apply for all returned items:

To return a product for a refund you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the customer support department at support@BodyAlign.com within 30 days of purchase.

An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the support department at support@BodyAlign.com.

Company cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product. Please allow up to 14 days for funds to be returned by your bank.

Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable in any case.

To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.

Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.

What is your Chargeback Policy?

All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed on www.BodyAlign.com. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact us, and we will gladly issue it.

Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on www.BodyAlign.com, please contact us for immediate resolution.

What is your Refund Policy?

We have a 30-day no-questions-asked return refund. Customers must send any unused products back to our office. Once received we will refund the funding source. We send a notification of the refund. Please allow 3-5 days to reflect on your account.
