This Subscription Policy explains how recurring orders work at Body Align, including billing, renewals, cancellations, and how to manage your account.

This Subscription Policy describes the terms and conditions for purchasing subscriptions through Body Align. This policy is separate from and in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By checking the subscription consent box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this policy.

1. What is a Subscription?

A subscription is a recurring purchase that automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle. Unlike one-time purchases, subscriptions will continue to charge your payment method at regular intervals until you actively cancel.

2. Key Subscription Terms

Billing Frequency

Your subscription will be charged automatically based on the delivery schedule you select at checkout. Common billing frequencies include:

  • Every month (monthly)
  • Every 3 months (quarterly)
  • Every 6 months (semi-annual)
  • Every year (annual)

The exact billing frequency for your subscription is shown on your order confirmation and in your customer account portal.

Recurring Charge Amount

The amount charged each billing cycle will be the price shown at the time you created your subscription, unless:

  • You change your subscription (for example, update quantity or product).
  • You redeem a promotional code with an expiration date.
  • We notify you of a price change with at least 30 days’ advance notice.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other fees will be added to the base subscription price and charged each billing cycle.

Billing Date

Your subscription will be billed on the same day of each billing cycle. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th of the month, you will be billed on or around the 15th of each month. If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a particular month (for example, the 31st), billing will occur on the last day of that month.

First Charge

The first charge for your subscription will occur immediately upon successful completion of your order, unless a free trial or special introductory offer applies to your subscription.

3. How Your Subscription Works

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in your account or contact our support team to request cancellation.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription (including updating your shipping address, payment method, or delivery frequency) through your Body Align customer account portal. Links to manage your subscription are provided in your order confirmation and subscription emails.

Declined Payments

If a subscription payment is declined, we may retry the charge using the same payment method. If payment cannot be processed after several attempts, your subscription may be paused or canceled until updated payment information is provided.

4. Cancellations & Changes

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date by logging into your customer account or by contacting our support team at support@BodyAlign.com.

Cancellations made after an order has been processed or shipped will apply to the next billing cycle. Processed or shipped subscription orders follow our standard return policy.

Changing Products or Delivery Schedule

Depending on availability, you may be able to change the product, quantity, or delivery frequency associated with your subscription. Any changes made may affect the recurring charge amount starting with your next billing cycle.

5. Shipping & Returns

Subscription orders are shipped according to the same shipping methods and timelines as one-time orders. Shipping timelines may vary based on product availability and carrier performance.

Returns and refunds for subscription orders are subject to our general return policy and any region-specific policies that apply to your order.

6. Pricing, Promotions & Notices

Subscription pricing may change over time due to product adjustments, promotions, or other factors. If we change the base price of your active subscription, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice using the email address on file for your account.

Promotional codes, discounts, or introductory offers may apply only to the initial billing cycle or a limited number of cycles, as specified in the offer terms.
