How to Use

For EMF Protection Discs: Clean and dry the back surface of your phone or chosen device. Peel off the backing and press the disc firmly in place, smoothing out any air bubbles.

For EMF Protection Strips: Clean and dry the surface of your TV, laptop, router, or other device. Apply the strip to a flat area and press firmly to secure.

Once applied, discs and strips are designed to remain in place for long-term use. Replace them when you change devices or as recommended in your overall EMF protection routine.
