Been a loyal customer for years and i cannot believe how amazing the good are! For example i have bipolar and i was having a manic day and then my wife had an extra health band ,she pushed me to put it on i was extremely skeptical but no longer! I’m on my second pack of the mass patch. I haven’t taken the 2 month break between them as recommended because I’ve noticed that my “mid]-ship inner-tube” has definitely been decreasing in size and I’m hoping by the time I finish the second pack that it will be a tolerable size. These patches have helped me as a 66 year old lady have more energy and be able to get out and walk 3 miles a day. Highly pleased with how much more tone I have.
It works great! Except for the adhesive, which I'm allergic to. BUT, I found a work around. I'm female, age 68. I've been on a Bio-identical Testosterone as a separate cream from the other female hormone mix I use. I started losing my hair significantly and with the research I did, concluded that it was due to male pattern baldness, the androgenic hormones DHT that block hair growth. I assumed it was due to the Testosterone I was taking. Stopped it's use and found I couldn't be without the strength and stamina it provided. Already being a Body Align customer, I thought I'd try the Mass Patch. It works great! Except for the adhesive, which I'm allergic to. BUT, I found a work around. I cut the patch out with the backing and place it with the white paper side into my bra next to my breast. The bra holds it snug up against my skin and I am getting the same benefit from the patch that I was when it was stuck to me via the adhesive, but without the itchy rash. I had to round the corners, as the corners would pick at my skin. I do not wear a bra to bed, so I place it on my dressing table until after I shower in the morning, then resume wearing it within my bra. Might work for men with an allergy to the adhesive to use good snug briefs or boxers to hold the patch in place. Or perhaps place the paper backed patch under a watch band. The paper does absorb a little moisture from my skin which seems to help adhere it in place. Hope This Helps.

I have been using Mass Patch for approximately 8 months. What I have notice is my hair loss has slowed noticeable. I have a screen in the drain of my shower and I use to clean it of my hair every 3 to 4 days. I realized recently I clean the screen approximately every 25 to 27 days. I believe my slowing of hair loss is a result of using this patch.

I have been using this product (Mass patch) for about a year now. What I have noticed is the mean muscle mass I have been getting. I wake up and every day (with few exceptions) I do a hour of power walking and then take a short break and do several hours of recumbent trike riding (powered by me a 70 year old person) and I can honestly say that this patch really does work.
I am post menopause and have a hard time keeping the hormones balanced. I had been using for a few months and knew that it was suggested to take a break to see how my body responded.
